• 304L is the general purpose grade, for machine parts and the food industry.
• 316L contains molybdenum and resists chlorides better, in chemicals and marine environments.
• 310S works at high temperatures, in kilns and boilers.
• 2205 and 2507 are high strength duplex grades, while 201 and 430 are chosen for decorative parts.
