The UZX-UTS-50 is a tracked trommel screen for sticky, wet and organic material: topsoil, compost, mulch and green waste. The rotating drum does not blind like a vibrating screen, so output stays steady on wet feed, at 60–100 m³/h.
Fines and oversize are separated in a single pass, so topsoil and compost producers sell more finished product and rehandle less. The drum mesh changes quickly for other fractions, and the 55 kW Yanmar diesel drives the drum, conveyors and tracks.

The trommel screen has a slightly inclined, rotating cylindrical mesh drum. Material enters at one end and tumbles through the drum, the fines fall through the mesh openings and the oversize leaves at the other end. Rotation prevents the openings from blinding, so the trommel works on wet and sticky material where a vibrating screen would clog. The drum mesh is changed to suit the required fraction.

It is used for producing topsoil and compost, for grading mulch and green waste, for wet recycled and fill material, and in mobile lines behind crushers and shredders.
The first criterion is the material. For topsoil, compost and wet material, choose a trommel: UZX-UTS-50 or UZX-UTS-2255. For clean aggregates, sand and gravel, choose a vibrating screen: the double-deck UZX-UYK-1235, or the triple-deck UZX-UYK-1545, UZX-UYK-F1550 and UZX-UYK-1860. For rubble, stony soil and dirty quarry material, choose a scalper: UZX-UYK-221, UZX-UZS-1230, 1340 or 1545. The second criterion is output, from 30 t/h to 400 t/h.
