The UZX-UZS-1545 is the largest scalping screen in the range, on tracks, for demolition rubble, overburden, recycled aggregate and mine feed. The 1500 × 4800 mm double deck makes 200–400 t/h and splits material into fines, middle fraction and oversize.
The 7 m³ hopper has a B1000 × 4200 mm apron feeder and takes run-of-quarry and demolition material straight from an excavator or loader. The B1200 × 4500 mm main conveyor and two B650 × 6500 mm side conveyors build piles of 3.2–3.3 m. The 90 kW (122 HP) diesel drives the whole machine.

The scalper is a heavy-duty vibrating screen for dirty, uneven material. The apron feeder takes material straight from the excavator bucket, and the double-deck screen separates soil and fines, the middle fraction and the oversize stone. Only the stone that needs crushing reaches the crusher, so wear and blockages downstream drop.
The 7 m³ hopper and apron feeder keep up with large excavators.

It is used for heavy scalping in quarries, for demolition rubble and recycled aggregate, for overburden and mine feed, and as clean feed for large crushers.
The first criterion is the material. For topsoil, compost and wet material, choose a trommel: UZX-UTS-50 or UZX-UTS-2255. For clean aggregates, sand and gravel, choose a vibrating screen: the double-deck UZX-UYK-1235, or the triple-deck UZX-UYK-1545, UZX-UYK-F1550 and UZX-UYK-1860. For rubble, stony soil and dirty quarry material, choose a scalper: UZX-UYK-221, UZX-UZS-1230, 1340 or 1545. The second criterion is output, from 30 t/h to 400 t/h.
