The UZX-UYK-1860 is the largest tracked vibrating screen in the range, with three 3YK1860 decks, 1800 × 6000 mm and 10.8 m² of area. It grades 300–400 t/h and builds three clean stockpiles, for large quarries and sand and gravel plants.
The 8 m³ hopper is loaded directly by the loader, and the B1000 × 9000 mm main conveyor keeps the screen fed continuously. The B650 × 6000 mm and B1200 × 8500 mm product conveyors build tall stockpiles. The 128 kW (175 HP) Cummins and the steel-tracked chassis keep production running without stops.

The vibrating screen has one or more flat decks stacked on top of each other and driven by an exciter. Material comes from the hopper on a belt, spreads across the decks and is separated by size: each deck retains one fraction, which leaves on its own belt to the stockpile. Two decks give three fractions, three decks four fractions, in a single pass.

Long conveyors build tall piles, so less ground is taken up.
It is used in large quarries, in high-capacity sand and gravel plants, for splitting crushed stone into several fractions, and by companies screening large volumes on contract.
The first criterion is the material. For topsoil, compost and wet material, choose a trommel: UZX-UTS-50 or UZX-UTS-2255. For clean aggregates, sand and gravel, choose a vibrating screen: the double-deck UZX-UYK-1235, or the triple-deck UZX-UYK-1545, UZX-UYK-F1550 and UZX-UYK-1860. For rubble, stony soil and dirty quarry material, choose a scalper: UZX-UYK-221, UZX-UZS-1230, 1340 or 1545. The second criterion is output, from 30 t/h to 400 t/h.
