The UZX-UIC-80 is a tracked impact crusher for demolition concrete, asphalt and medium-hard rock. The 860 × 720 mm opening takes pieces up to 500 mm and reduces them below 50 mm, at 30–150 t/h.
The Ø800 × 760 mm rotor and the adjustable impact aprons give a cubical, well graded product in a single pass. The 154 kW Cummins diesel drives both the crusher and the tracks, so the machine works on its own on site.

The impact crusher throws material with a fast rotor onto adjustable impact aprons. The stone breaks along its natural planes, so the product is cubical and well graded, suitable for aggregates and for recycling concrete and asphalt. The gap between rotor and aprons sets the output size.

The wide opening takes demolition concrete and quarry stone directly, without pre-crushing.
On steel tracks it moves around the site by itself, without a crane.
It is used for recycling rebar-laced demolition concrete, milled asphalt and old paving, for crushing limestone, dolomite and river stone, and for producing cubical aggregates for roads.
The first criterion is the material. For hard rock (granite, basalt, river stone) and reinforced concrete, choose a jaw crusher. For concrete, asphalt and medium rock with a cubical product, choose the UZX-UIC-80 impact crusher. For fines below 10 mm from rubble, choose the UZX-UHC-600. The second criterion is output. The UZX-OP mini crushers and the UZX-UJC-425 make 5–80 t/h, for yards and small demolition. The UZX-UJC-503 … UZX-UJC-805 make 10–100 t/h, and the UZX-UJC-106, 116, 906 and 96E make 60–500 t/h in quarries. The third criterion is mobility: on tracks, on a towed trailer (UZX-UTC-503, UZX-UTC-604) or with an electric motor on mains power (UZX-OP-20, 30, 50).
