The UZX-UJC-604 is a compact tracked jaw crusher for primary crushing of granite, basalt, river stone and reinforced concrete. The 650 × 350 mm opening takes pieces up to 300 mm, at 15–50 t/h.
The closed side setting adjusts between 15 and 100 mm, so the same machine makes aggregate, road base or feed for the plant downstream. The 35.5 kW (48 HP) Yanmar engine meets EPA4 / Stage V, and the steel tracks are driven by remote control.

The jaw crusher breaks material by compression, between a fixed jaw and a moving jaw driven by an eccentric shaft. The vibrating feeder carries the stone into the crushing chamber and removes the fines first, so they do not load the jaws. The closed side setting (CSS) sets the maximum output size, and the main conveyor builds the stockpile next to the machine. On tracks, the machine moves around the site on its own, by remote control.
The low profile and small footprint take it through narrow gates and into demolition yards.
The 15–100 mm CSS covers everything from fine aggregate to feed for a secondary crusher.
The optional magnetic separator and side conveyor remove the rebar freed during crushing.
It is used in small and medium granite, basalt and river stone quarries, for recycling reinforced concrete from demolition, for aggregate production and as feed for a screen or secondary crusher.
The first criterion is the material. For hard rock (granite, basalt, river stone) and reinforced concrete, choose a jaw crusher. For concrete, asphalt and medium rock with a cubical product, choose the UZX-UIC-80 impact crusher. For fines below 10 mm from rubble, choose the UZX-UHC-600. The second criterion is output. The UZX-OP mini crushers and the UZX-UJC-425 make 5–80 t/h, for yards and small demolition. The UZX-UJC-503 … UZX-UJC-805 make 10–100 t/h, and the UZX-UJC-106, 116, 906 and 96E make 60–500 t/h in quarries. The third criterion is mobility: on tracks, on a towed trailer (UZX-UTC-503, UZX-UTC-604) or with an electric motor on mains power (UZX-OP-20, 30, 50).
