The UZX-OP-20 is an electric mini jaw crusher on rubber tracks, powered from a 380 V three-phase supply. The 200 × 300 mm opening reduces concrete, brick and stone to 5–50 mm product at 5–10 t/h.
It has no diesel engine, so it works without exhaust and with little noise, even indoors or in residential areas. It weighs 2.1 t and is 1100 mm wide. It is controlled by remote or from the built-in panel.

The mini crusher has a crushing jaw, a small feed hopper and a discharge conveyor with adjustable height. It is fed with a mini excavator or a loader, moves on tracks by remote control or from the panel, and fits through yard gates and onto narrow sites. The jaw plates are easy to change when worn.
No diesel engine: zero emissions at the workplace and low noise.
At 1100 mm wide and 2.1 t it fits through gates and into halls.

It is used for renovations and small demolition in residential areas, in halls and enclosed spaces, for recycling brick and concrete in yards and for producing material for backfill and landscaping.
The first criterion is the material. For hard rock (granite, basalt, river stone) and reinforced concrete, choose a jaw crusher. For concrete, asphalt and medium rock with a cubical product, choose the UZX-UIC-80 impact crusher. For fines below 10 mm from rubble, choose the UZX-UHC-600. The second criterion is output. The UZX-OP mini crushers and the UZX-UJC-425 make 5–80 t/h, for yards and small demolition. The UZX-UJC-503 … UZX-UJC-805 make 10–100 t/h, and the UZX-UJC-106, 116, 906 and 96E make 60–500 t/h in quarries. The third criterion is mobility: on tracks, on a towed trailer (UZX-UTC-503, UZX-UTC-604) or with an electric motor on mains power (UZX-OP-20, 30, 50).
