The UZX-UJC-503 is a compact jaw rubble crusher on rubber tracks, for urban demolition, small quarries and first steps in the aggregate business. The 480 × 300 mm opening takes pieces up to 250 mm, and the output is 10–30 t/h.
The 1.7 m wide chassis fits onto back-lot plots and finished paving. One 18.2 kW Kubota diesel drives the tracks and the jaw through a simple hydraulic circuit, with little maintenance. The ZGMn13Cr2 jaws can be reversed when worn.

The jaw crusher breaks material by compression, between a fixed jaw and a moving jaw driven by an eccentric shaft. The vibrating feeder carries the stone into the crushing chamber and removes the fines first, so they do not load the jaws. The closed side setting (CSS) sets the maximum output size, and the main conveyor builds the stockpile next to the machine. On tracks, the machine moves around the site on its own, by remote control.
The same eccentric shaft and toggle plate mechanism as the larger crushers, so it crushes granite and concrete hard.
Remote track control and simple product adjustment allow one-operator work.
One diesel engine for the whole machine means one maintenance schedule.
It is used for urban demolition and on plots with restricted access, for recycling rubble and construction waste, in small granite and basalt quarries, and for producing base material for rural roads.
The first criterion is the material. For hard rock (granite, basalt, river stone) and reinforced concrete, choose a jaw crusher. For concrete, asphalt and medium rock with a cubical product, choose the UZX-UIC-80 impact crusher. For fines below 10 mm from rubble, choose the UZX-UHC-600. The second criterion is output. The UZX-OP mini crushers and the UZX-UJC-425 make 5–80 t/h, for yards and small demolition. The UZX-UJC-503 … UZX-UJC-805 make 10–100 t/h, and the UZX-UJC-106, 116, 906 and 96E make 60–500 t/h in quarries. The third criterion is mobility: on tracks, on a towed trailer (UZX-UTC-503, UZX-UTC-604) or with an electric motor on mains power (UZX-OP-20, 30, 50).
