The UZX-988 vacuum deaerator removes air and dissolved gases from liquids, creams and pastes in continuous flow. A centrifugal disc spreads the product into a thin film inside a vacuum vessel, where bubbles burst almost at once. Throughput ranges from 300 to 30,000 L/h.
It works after the mixing or homogenizing stage and before filling. The product comes out free of air, with a steady density. It also keeps its volatile aromas, because it stays in the vessel for a very short time and does not heat up.

The model code gives the working volume of the vessel. Throughput depends heavily on viscosity and on how much air must be removed, so we set it on your product.

The vacuum pump lowers the pressure in the vessel. The product lands on the centrifugal disc, which throws it toward the walls as a film of 0.1–0.5 mm.
In the thin film, bubbles have a very short path to the surface. Under vacuum they expand and burst, and the dissolved gases leave the liquid.
When needed, the product also passes through sieves with 1–3 mm holes that break up the remaining bubbles. On the walls the last gas separates by gravity, and the positive displacement pump takes the deaerated product out of the vessel.

Without oxygen, fats do not turn rancid and flavors do not go off. Without bubbles, filling is accurate, and gels and ointments look clean.
The line throughput sets the model, from 300 L/h to 30,000 L/h. More viscous products need a more controlled distribution and a deeper vacuum, so the actual throughput is lower.
The deaerator goes after homogenizing and before pumps and high pressure homogenizers, where air would cause cavitation.
