A thawing cabinet thaws meat and seafood in a controlled way, at low temperature and constant humidity, without water and without leaving the product at room temperature. The JDG series works at 0–16 °C with 360° air circulation, so the product thaws evenly, without frost.
The touch panel is easy to set. The thickened square-tube shelves adjust in height, the door has insulated glass with good visibility, and the lighting has one T8 tube on each side. The cabinet stands on silent castors with brakes.

Thawed at room temperature, meat warms up on the surface while the inside is still frozen. In the cabinet the temperature stays low and even, and the product thaws the same throughout.
