This bakery refrigerated cabinet has guides for 10 bakery trays of 600 × 800 mm, not for GN pans. Trays from the oven or the work line go straight into the cabinet, without moving the products. The TN version chills at 0–10 °C, and the BT version freezes at -18…-22 °C.
The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, with a reversible self-closing solid door and a full-length handle. The 60 mm insulation is CFC-free, the thermostat is digital and defrosting is automatic. It has a lock with key and LED lighting.
