The UZX-1001 continuous mixer blends powders and granules in a steady flow, with no batches. Raw materials are metered in at one end of the vessel, and the finished blend leaves at the other end at the same time. Throughput ranges from 1,000 to 30,000 L/h.
It is also called a continuous blender or an inline powder blender. It comes with pitched paddles on one shaft, with ploughs or with paddles on twin shafts, and reaches blend ratios as fine as 1:1,000,000.

The model code gives the total volume. UZX-CP has paddles on one shaft, UZX-CPL has ploughs, and UZX-CP2 has paddles on twin shafts.

Throughput depends on how long the material stays in the unit. One minute gives the highest throughput and three minutes the lowest. The right time is set by trials, and we confirm power and dimensions in the quote.
The mixing tools are set so that they push the material along the vessel, from the inlet toward the outlet. On the way, the paddles or ploughs blend it intensively, so no unmixed particle reaches the outlet too early.
At the outlet, an adjustable dam plate holds the material level in the vessel and sets how long it stays inside. Ploughs throw the material into a three dimensional movement, and the twin shaft version enlarges the mixing zone for high throughputs.

Choose a continuous mixer when the line makes the same recipe in large quantities, usually with automatic dosing. For many recipes and small lots, a batch machine is more flexible.
