The UZX-UFS-750 is a twin-shaft shredder for wood, municipal and bulky waste, driven by a 110 kW electric motor. It takes pieces up to 750 mm and reduces them below 100 mm in a single pass, at 20–150 t/h depending on the material.
The slow, high-torque shafts tear pallets, timber, green waste and mixed waste without drawing much power. The machine sits on an 8.5 m wheeled frame that is moved by crane or towing. Being electric, it is quiet and clean, suitable for halls and covered yards.

The shredder has two parallel shafts with cutters that turn slowly towards each other with high torque. Material is gripped between the cutters, torn and sheared rather than struck, so the shredder copes with pieces containing metal while energy use stays low. When a block does not pass, the shafts reverse and take another bite. The shredded material drops onto the belt, and the overhead magnet removes the steel.
In a single pass from 750 mm to below 100 mm, a good size for sorting or burning.
The 110 kW electric motor is quiet and emission-free, suitable for halls.
The wheeled frame is moved by crane or towing when the line changes.
It is used for shredding pallets, timber and green waste, for pre-shredding municipal waste, for mixed construction waste and for bulky waste and light scrap, in sorting plants and recycling centres.
The first criterion is the material. For wood, municipal waste and bulky waste inside a hall, choose the UZX-UFS-750 electric shredder. For construction waste and wood on site, choose the UZX-UMS-250 and UZX-UMS-750 tracked shredders, and for end-of-life vehicles and heavy scrap the UZX-UMS-950. The second criterion is mobility: the UZX-UTS-250 has the same capacity as the UZX-UMS-250, but on a towable trailer, for several yards.
