This bowl lifting-tilting unit works with the removable bowl of the CSM 250 M mobile-bowl spiral mixer. It raises the full bowl and, when it reaches the set height, turns it over automatically. A scraper knife helps empty it completely, so no dough is left in the bowl.
The dough can be discharged onto a worktable, into a volumetric hopper or straight into the divider. The thick steel structure keeps it stable while lifting and has tip-over protection, and a siren warns while the bowl is rising and turning.
