The UZX-UHC-600 is a trailer-mounted mobile hammer crusher that turns demolition concrete, brick and soft rock into fine material below 10 mm. It makes 20–40 t/h with a 54 kW Deutz diesel engine.
The 2.5 m³ hopper takes pieces up to 300 mm directly from an excavator or loader, without pre-crushing. The 600 mm belt carries the fines to the stockpile, so one machine covers the whole circuit on small demolition jobs.

The hammer crusher strikes material with hammers hinged on a fast rotor and grinds it until it passes the discharge grate. The product is fine, below 10 mm, in a single pass, without a secondary crusher. It works on soft and medium materials: demolition concrete, brick, limestone.
Produces material below 10 mm in a single pass, reusable as fill, sub-base or for re-crushing.
The hopper takes pieces up to 300 mm straight from the bucket, without pre-sorting.
At 3.8 t and 5.5 m long it moves easily between small sites.
It is used for recycling rubble from small demolition and renovation jobs, in construction waste recycling yards, for reducing limestone and soft rock, and for producing fine material for backfill.
The first criterion is the material. For hard rock (granite, basalt, river stone) and reinforced concrete, choose a jaw crusher. For concrete, asphalt and medium rock with a cubical product, choose the UZX-UIC-80 impact crusher. For fines below 10 mm from rubble, choose the UZX-UHC-600. The second criterion is output. The UZX-OP mini crushers and the UZX-UJC-425 make 5–80 t/h, for yards and small demolition. The UZX-UJC-503 … UZX-UJC-805 make 10–100 t/h, and the UZX-UJC-106, 116, 906 and 96E make 60–500 t/h in quarries. The third criterion is mobility: on tracks, on a towed trailer (UZX-UTC-503, UZX-UTC-604) or with an electric motor on mains power (UZX-OP-20, 30, 50).
