The FQ-P01 line operates in 12 integrated stages, from manual paper feeding to the unloading of sealed boxes. Flat-paper feeding and translation loading introduce the material into the large-gate buffer storage system, which manages the material reserve for continuous operation even with rhythm variations between sections. The temporary part buffer and micro-dose transport ensure the controlled flow of products to the intelligent measuring station.
The intelligent measuring station automatically measures each product and transmits the dimensions to the control system, which adjusts the longitudinal cutting machine and the creasing-and-folding machine to form the exact box for the product dimensions. The belt conveyor transfers the blanks to the flip-lid wrapping machine (case packer), where the product is inserted into the formed box. The fast intelligent sealing machine seals the box, and the final conveyor prepares it for unloading and shipping.

• Non-powered transport table (Gravity Roller): the motorless gravity roller table transfers products between stations without electricity, reducing the line's energy consumption and simplifying maintenance of the transfer sections.
