A meat beater turns minced meat into a fine, elastic, bound paste. When beaten mechanically, the protein in the meat is activated and binds the mixture, so meatballs and mici stay compact when cooked, without falling apart and without much added egg or breadcrumbs. It is the step that makes the difference for springy Asian meatballs and fine mixtures.
The LR-R series has 5 models, from 2 kg per batch (LR-18R) up to 8 kg per batch (LR-30R). All run on 220 V, with 1.1 to 3 kW. The parts are stainless steel, in line with sanitary requirements, and the machine is simple to use and efficient, suited to restaurants, shops and small factories.
