This meatball machine automatically forms equal balls from the meat mixture: 280 to 300 pieces per minute. The mixture goes into the hopper, and the meatballs drop out formed, at the same size and weight, ready to boil, fry or freeze.
The machine is stainless steel, and the meatballs are formed through a copper ring, hygienic and durable. The standard molds are 18, 22 and 26 mm in diameter. On request, 11 mm molds for small meatballs and 36 mm molds for large ones are also made.
The LR-280T model is a compact countertop unit. The LR-280L model is floor-standing, taller, for production. Both have 1.1 kW and run on 220 or 380 V.

At 280–300 meatballs per minute, the machine makes in one hour what several people would make by hand in a whole shift. All meatballs weigh the same, so they cook the same way, and portioning and cost per portion are exact.
For canteens, caterers, restaurants with meatball soup and meatballs on the menu, Asian restaurants with meatball soups and producers of frozen meatballs. The mixture is prepared beforehand in the mincer and the meat beater.
