This sausage filler is hydraulic: the piston pushes the mixture from the cylinder through the nozzle, at constant pressure, straight into the casing. The sausages come out evenly filled, without air or gaps, with the same thickness from end to end. The operator has both hands free for the casing.
The SF series has three sizes: a 15, 26 or 35 liter cylinder and an output of 300, 400 or 600 kg per hour. All run on 220 V.

The hydraulic machine has high and constant pressure, so it also fills dense or chunky mixtures well: smoked sausages, salamis, blood sausages, liver sausages. It is the machine of charcuterie workshops and butcher shops that fill tens or hundreds of kilograms a day. The geared electric sausage stuffer is smaller and cheaper, suited to restaurants and small production.
A larger cylinder means fewer refills. SF-150, with 15 L, suits a small butcher shop. SF-260, with 26 L, a charcuterie workshop. SF-350, with 35 L and 600 kg/h, large daily production.
