This commercial sausage stuffer is electric and vertical: the cylinder stands upright, so it takes up little space on the counter. The piston is driven by an enclosed two-speed gearbox, and the pressure release valve lets air escape from the mixture. The machine runs without heating up and suits any type of kitchen.
The series has three sizes: 10, 12 and 15 liters. All run on 220 V, with a 0.12 or 0.15 kW motor and a speed of 1350 rpm.

A manual stuffer needs one hand on the crank and one on the casing, and the pressure depends on how steadily the operator turns. With the electric one, the piston pushes by itself at constant speed, and the operator holds the casing with both hands. The sausages come out more even, and one person handles the whole production alone.
