A potato peeler spins the potatoes on an abrasive disc under a water jet. The skin is rubbed off and washed away, and the potatoes come out peeled, ready to cut. The AP series peels 8 kg of potatoes in 2–3 minutes, that is between 240 and 2160 kg per hour, depending on the model.
The body is stainless steel, sturdy, suited to restaurants, hotels and commercial kitchens. The non-slip rubber feet keep the machine steady, even under heavy load.
The series has 6 models: the compact AP-10C, AP-15C and AP-30C, with 10, 15 and 30 L drums, and AP-15S, AP-20S and AP-50S, on a tall stand, with 20.6, 27 and 45.5 L drums.

Peeling 20 kg of potatoes by hand keeps one person busy for almost an hour. The machine does the same amount in a few minutes, while the person does something else.
