The UZX-BT-3008 is a compact block making machine, the smallest in the range, for places where building material production is just getting started. It makes 480 blocks of 20×40×20, 30 m² of pavers or 240 curbs per hour.
It has fewer components than a standard line, so the investment is small, and it can run on a diesel engine with no electrical installation. Its parts can be found in any market.

The concrete goes into the mould, vibration compacts it, and the tamper head brings it to the product height. Each cycle gives 4 blocks of 20×40×20 cm, 2 curbs or 0.25 m² of pavers, which means 480 blocks per hour. The machine has few components, and the diesel engine version also works where there is no power connection.

The diesel engine version is for sites and areas with no power connection. The moulds are chosen by product: 20×40×20 blocks, pavers or 12/15×35×30 cm curbs.
Building material producers make blocks for masonry, pavers and slabs for yards and pavements, and curbs and gutters for roads. Contractors building roads and landscaping make their own pavers and curbs for their projects. Companies that recycle rubble can use the crushed aggregate in the mix, together with sand, gravel and cement.
The first criterion is volume. The UZX-BT-3008 and UZX-BT-3018 are for getting started, with 480–600 blocks per hour and a small investment. The UZX-BT-2524 is the mid-range, fully automatic, with 1440 blocks per hour. The UZX-BT-2036 is the high-capacity machine, with up to 3125 blocks or 180 m² of pavers per hour. The second criterion is pallets: the UZX-BT-3036 makes several layers on the same pallet and needs about 10% of the pallets of a single-layer machine. The third is the site: the UZX-BT-3008 can run on a diesel engine where there is no power supply.
