The UZX-BT-2524 is a fully automatic mid-range block and paver machine. It makes 1440 blocks of 20×40×20, 100 m² of pavers or 864 curbs per hour, with a 25-second cycle.
It presses products 40–400 mm high, the widest range in its class, so it covers everything a block machine can make. It has two 70 kN servo vibrators and a single-piece frame built for strong vibration.

The production pallet comes under the mould from the pallet magazine. The feed box brings in the semi-dry concrete, and the agitator grid pushes it evenly into every cavity of the mould. The tamper head comes down, the vibrators under the table and on the head compact the concrete, and the linear rulers stop the pressing at the set height. The mould lifts, the products stay on the pallet and move on to the stacker and the curing room. A second hopper adds a coloured face layer on top, for pavers with a fine surface.
The servo vibration, with two 70 kN vibrators, is very strong for a mid-range machine and gives dense, high-quality concrete. The single-piece frame is built to take the highest vibration amplitude in its class.
The mould is mounted on air bellows so the vibration passes into the concrete as well as possible.
The vibration is adjusted to the product and to the concrete mix. The setting has a direct effect on product strength, so the machine's vibration is used to the full.
Although the pressing area is medium-sized, the machine makes full-length curbs without trouble. With the optional horizontal product cleaning brush, the whole mould area is used.
The colour-mix attachment makes pavers in several shades at low cost. The vibrating tables are made of Hardox 450, a wear-resistant steel. The production pallets are legged, 900 × 1350 mm.
Building material producers make blocks for masonry, pavers and slabs for yards and pavements, and curbs and gutters for roads. Contractors building roads and landscaping make their own pavers and curbs for their projects. Companies that recycle rubble can use the crushed aggregate in the mix, together with sand, gravel and cement.
The first criterion is volume. The UZX-BT-3008 and UZX-BT-3018 are for getting started, with 480–600 blocks per hour and a small investment. The UZX-BT-2524 is the mid-range, fully automatic, with 1440 blocks per hour. The UZX-BT-2036 is the high-capacity machine, with up to 3125 blocks or 180 m² of pavers per hour. The second criterion is pallets: the UZX-BT-3036 makes several layers on the same pallet and needs about 10% of the pallets of a single-layer machine. The third is the site: the UZX-BT-3008 can run on a diesel engine where there is no power supply.
