The UZX-BT-3018 is a manual double-hopper block machine, the most economical machine in the range that also makes a coloured face layer. A single operator runs it from the console and turns out 600 blocks of 20×40×20, 60 m² of pavers or 360 curbs per hour.
It is compact, is set up and starts production within a few hours, and is easy to move. For anyone entering block and paver production for the first time on a small budget, it is the simplest choice.

The operator controls each step from the console. The feed box fills the mould with base concrete from the first hopper and, when needed, with the coloured face layer from the second. The vibrators compact the concrete, the tamper head brings it to height, and the mould lifts, leaving the products on the pallet. The stacking robot automatically puts 6 pallets on top of each other, so the forklift takes several at once to the curing area. The pallets are small and light, so they can also be moved by hand.
It is set up and starts production within a few hours and is taken down just as quickly, so it can move to where the work is.
It makes a double layer, base plus coloured face layer, which has become the standard for pavers in most countries. This puts it in competition with fully equipped machines. With a simple mechanical opening it also works with a single mix, for operations that need manual intervention.
It makes blocks, interlocking pavers, laid curbs and slabs, with height adjustment.
The spare parts are common and can be found in any market.
It is fed by compact mixers, and the concrete is brought in with simple means. When production grows and wheelbarrows can no longer keep up, the programmable stacking robot builds stacks of 6 pallets, as many as the forklift carries at once to the dispatch area.
Building material producers make blocks for masonry, pavers and slabs for yards and pavements, and curbs and gutters for roads. Contractors building roads and landscaping make their own pavers and curbs for their projects. Companies that recycle rubble can use the crushed aggregate in the mix, together with sand, gravel and cement.
The first criterion is volume. The UZX-BT-3008 and UZX-BT-3018 are for getting started, with 480–600 blocks per hour and a small investment. The UZX-BT-2524 is the mid-range, fully automatic, with 1440 blocks per hour. The UZX-BT-2036 is the high-capacity machine, with up to 3125 blocks or 180 m² of pavers per hour. The second criterion is pallets: the UZX-BT-3036 makes several layers on the same pallet and needs about 10% of the pallets of a single-layer machine. The third is the site: the UZX-BT-3008 can run on a diesel engine where there is no power supply.
The price depends on the model, the number of moulds and the equipment around the machine: concrete batching plant, conveyors, stacker, production pallets. Send us the products you want to make and how much you want to produce per day, and a Uzinex engineer will prepare a quote for the right configuration. Delivery, commissioning and operator training are included in Romania.
• Delivery and commissioning included, at your site, with operator training.
• 60-month warranty, standard across the whole catalogue.
• Service with nationwide coverage in Romania, on-site visit within 24 hours.
• Spare parts in stock, so a breakdown does not stop production.
• Technical documentation for EU-funded projects, PNRR and public tenders (SEAP/SICAP).
• Configuration on request: the moulds for your products, the second hopper for the coloured face layer, the stacker and the production pallets.

„We do stainless-steel metal fabrication dedicated to restaurant kitchens. The UZINEX equipment was a radical change: modernization, an increase in production and quality.”
„I had no idea, I was completely clueless. And you started to explain to me. You told me what technologies to choose, what packaging to produce, what would work better on the market.”
„We use a single person who can operate 3-4 machines. Before, we needed 3-4 people to do the same thing.”
„We have multiple challenges in making special structures that serve our systems, and the laser welding machine solution helped us enormously.”
„Laser welding on stainless is something else, it's a completely different thing. The quality of the machines is undeniable: the samples say it all.”
„With Uzinex, I felt very well protected by the assistance they provided. When you have a whole shift stalled and you need someone to answer quickly, it matters enormously.”
„The proof that everything went well is that the equipment now works. We have over three years of experience with no problems. Or when there were issues, there was support. We're satisfied with the collaboration.”
„I can do even 5 boxes for one person, I can also do 10 boxes. Which other firms can't do. That is, they'd have to change dies, set up a whole 12-hour affair.”
„Whether I called at 2 in the morning or at 9 in the morning, the problems got solved. We're satisfied and we'll work together again.”
„A good, smooth collaboration. We always had support and help.”
„We're among the top producers in Romania for this product. I wouldn't have imagined that when I started, but things fell into place.”
„On price and quality ratio, they were the best price and the best quality on the market. We got along well and we're satisfied.”
Six technology directions we integrate turnkey: from plug & play IIoT sensors, to cobots, predictive maintenance, optical inspection, MES connectivity and custom industrial software.
See in real time how much each machine produces and how long it sits idle. We fit sensors on any equipment, new or old, and within a few hours you have the OEE dashboard on your phone. No complex wiring, no production downtime. The first concrete step toward digitalization, with ROI visible from the very first month.
Solve your labor shortage without tripling your costs. The cobot works safely alongside your people (palletizing, feeding the CNC, welding) while you recover the investment in 12-18 months. Prices 30-40% below European distributors, with installation and programming included from us.
Stop waiting for things to break. Our algorithms analyze sensor data and tell you exactly which part will fail and when, and we bring it to your production line before the breakdown. Zero unplanned downtime, zero contractual penalties, complete operational peace of mind.
Eliminate defects before they reach the customer. Our cameras inspect every part at speeds no operator can match, detecting sub-millimeter defects. They mount onto your existing line, with no modifications. Ideal if you produce for export and have strict quality clauses.
Connect your machines to your office, regardless of brand or age. Our gateway automatically translates the data from any machine into your ERP's format: no manual entry, no paper forms, no human error. The manager sees production live, the operator receives digital instructions.
Have a process that no off-the-shelf software can solve? We build custom industrial applications: from tailored SCADA panels and HMI interfaces, to production planning systems, lot traceability and automated reporting. The code is yours, it runs on your servers, with no monthly subscriptions or vendor lock-in.
