The UZX-BT-3036 is a fully automatic paver and block making machine that casts several layers of products on the same pallet. It makes 120 m² of pavers or 1440 blocks of 20×40×20 per hour, with a 30-second cycle.
Because the products are stacked on the pallet, with sand between the layers, it needs about 10% of the pallets of a single-layer machine, and handling drops by up to 90%. For high-volume projects on a small budget, it is the most economical option in the range.

The machine casts several layers of products on the same pallet. The elevator lifts the pallet under the mould, the concrete is pressed and vibrated, and the products are stripped straight onto the pallet. A thin layer of sand is spread over them so they do not stick, the elevator goes down by one product height and the next layer follows. The finished stack goes to curing by forklift. The cured products are moved onto shipping pallets, and the empty pallet returns to the machine.
Low cost per product. The production pallets are about 10% of what a single-layer machine needs, so the investment in pallets and the handling work drop sharply. The pallet no longer carries the vibration or stays in contact with cement and moisture at every press, so it lasts longer.
The hydraulic unit has a servo pump, which saves up to 67% of the energy and responds quickly to every command.
The movements are laser-controlled, precise and smooth. The vibrating table is made of steel and gives good concrete compaction.
Control is on a touch screen with a simple interface that operators learn easily.
The machine has a magazine for 10 pallets and a sensor-controlled stacking robot. The stacks are picked up by any forklift, and after curing the products are moved to shipping pallets with any type of clamp. After each layer, the pallet elevator goes down by exactly the product height.
Building material producers make blocks for masonry, pavers and slabs for yards and pavements, and curbs and gutters for roads. Contractors building roads and landscaping make their own pavers and curbs for their projects. Companies that recycle rubble can use the crushed aggregate in the mix, together with sand, gravel and cement.
The first criterion is volume. The UZX-BT-3008 and UZX-BT-3018 are for getting started, with 480–600 blocks per hour and a small investment. The UZX-BT-2524 is the mid-range, fully automatic, with 1440 blocks per hour. The UZX-BT-2036 is the high-capacity machine, with up to 3125 blocks or 180 m² of pavers per hour. The second criterion is pallets: the UZX-BT-3036 makes several layers on the same pallet and needs about 10% of the pallets of a single-layer machine. The third is the site: the UZX-BT-3008 can run on a diesel engine where there is no power supply.
