An automatic donut machine deposits the dough directly into the oil bath, fries the donuts, turns them and takes them out, without the operator touching the hot oil. The donuts come out the same size and color, and a single person oversees the whole production.
The RMT series has 10 models. The conveyor machines, with 1, 2 or 4 rows, make 20–120 mm donuts, from 500 up to 7600 pieces per hour. The countertop and upright machines, manual or automatic, make 30–90 mm donuts, 500–2000 pieces per hour. The ring molds come in 25, 35 and 45 mm, and some models also have molds for ball and mochi donuts.
There are electric versions (3–10 kW), gas versions (0.05 kW electrical consumption) and combined electric and gas versions. All run on 220 V.

For a donut kiosk, a café or an event stand, the countertop or upright machines, with 500–2000 pieces per hour, are a good fit. For a busy donut shop, the two-row RMT-100. For production that supplies stores, the four-row RMT-480, with up to 7600 pieces per hour.
The electric machine goes wherever there is power, including shopping centers. On gas, the power consumption is minimal and the machine also runs on a gas cylinder, useful at events and markets. RMT-100A combines both.
