This dumpling machine automatically forms dumplings, pelmeni and gyoza: it sheets the dough, adds the filling, closes and cuts, on a conveyor, in a continuous flow. The DP135 model makes 8100 pieces per hour, and DP200 up to 12,000 pieces per hour.
The main parts are stainless steel. The conveying surface and forming parts use square bonding technology, for reliable operation. The dumpling thickness is adjusted to the recipe, and the pieces come out neat and uniform. The conveyor belt makes the machine suited to continuous production.
