This tortilla machine presses dough between two rollers and turns out thin, round sheets: tortilla, chapati, roti and other dough flatbreads. It produces 30–60 pieces per minute, so it replaces hand rolling in a high-volume kitchen.
The body is 304 stainless steel. The machine measures 400 × 300 × 350 mm, weighs 55 kg and uses 0.4 kW at 220 V. The voltage can be adapted on request.
