This biscuit machine forms biscuits and soft cookies with an embossed roller: the dough fills the shapes on the roller and comes out as patterned biscuits, ready to bake. The size, shape, thickness and pattern are made to order.
The machine is run by a single person and stands on wheels, so it moves easily. It is designed for a shop or a small factory and works together with a deck oven or a rack oven.
