This spiral mixer has a built-in hydraulic lifting unit. After kneading, the machine raises the dough and discharges it by itself at the required height, without operator intervention. The bowl is fixed and turns in both directions, and the machine has two speeds and two motors.
The manufacturer states a kneading time of less than half that of conventional mixers. The series has two models, for 160 kg and for 250 kg of dough, with a discharge height of 1750 mm.

Dough of 160–250 kg no longer has to be taken out by hand, and no separate lifting-tilting unit is needed. The machine pours it straight onto the worktable, into the divider hopper or into another bowl, and a single person can run the kneading.
