This dough kneading machine is a compact-class spiral mixer, built for mid-sized bakeries and patisseries. It kneads dough homogeneously in a short time and with less flour. Two motors drive the hook and the bowl separately, and the lid has a safety system.
The series has two models, for 100 kg and for 120 kg of dough. It takes up little space for what it produces: the larger model has a footprint of 820 × 1350 mm.
