This industrial spiral mixer has a fixed bowl and is built for high-output bakeries. It kneads dough homogeneously in a short time and with less flour. The two motors drive the spiral hook and the bowl separately, and a different kneading time can be set for each of the two speeds.
The lid has a built-in safety system, and the wheels underneath let you move the machine for cleaning or when rearranging the room. The series has two models: CSM-100, for 160 kg of dough, and CSM-150, for 250 kg.

CSM-100 handles batches of up to 100 kg of flour, CSM-150 batches of up to 150 kg. If the dough has to be moved to the divider mechanically, the right choice is the CSM 250 M mobile-bowl mixer or the CSM-ST with built-in tilting.
