This noodle machine rolls the dough between rollers and cuts it into noodles of the desired width. The MT series has 304 stainless steel rollers, externally ground for durability, which do not rust. The drive is a chain drive, efficient and quiet, and the magnetic safety switch makes operation safe and stable.
The vertical plate is cast iron, for stability. The motor has copper windings. The models with S in the code have a mirror-polished stainless steel body, and those without S have a painted body.
The series has three sizes, by roller length: 190 mm (MT25S), 240 mm (MT30S) and 290 mm (MT35S). All run on 220 V, with the rollers at 69 rpm.

It rolls dough sheets for homemade noodles, lasagna, ravioli and dumplings, and cuts thin or wide noodles, depending on the cutter set. For restaurant soups with homemade noodles, fresh pasta workshops and Asian kitchens, the machine does in a few minutes what takes an hour with a rolling pin.
The roller length sets the maximum width of the dough sheet. 190 mm is enough for a restaurant. 240–290 mm is for pasta and noodle workshops that produce tens of kilograms daily. The stiff noodle dough is first prepared in the horizontal mixer.
