A wood recycling plant serves recyclers, pellet and briquette producers, board factories and operators who collect bulky wood. Fine sawdust is the basic feedstock for pellets and briquettes, while the calibrated chips go to particle board and biomass.

The sawdust feeds directly into pelletizing and briquetting lines or into particle board factories. The coarser chips go as biomass to thermal power plants and cogeneration.
Demolition wood and bulky wood are hard to recover raw, because of their size and the embedded metal. The line reduces the volume in stages and removes the magnetic metal, turning the material into a clean feedstock.
Dust extraction is an operating requirement: fine wood dust is flammable and must be collected in a controlled way. The cleanly collected dust can be recovered as briquetting material.
The plant processes bulky wood waste. Wood with embedded metal passes through the magnetic separator, and particle board is processed with reinforced dust extraction.
