A pallet shredding line serves large logistics centers, pallet collectors and biomass producers, where the daily volume calls for continuous processing. The line quickly turns bulky stocks into compact chips, loaded directly for delivery.

The chips produced go mainly as biomass to thermal power plants and cogeneration. The calibrated fraction can feed board factories or, after additional milling, pellet lines.

With direct loading into a container, without intermediate handling, the line shortens the logistics chain and reduces operating costs per ton.

1. The pallets are placed on the feed conveyor.
2. The conveyor carries them steadily into the shredder's intake.
3. The two counter-rotating shafts break the whole pallets, nails and all.
4. On overload, the direction of the shafts reverses automatically.
5. The screen calibrates the chips, and the magnetic separator extracts the nails and straps.
