A chocolate enrobing line coats products with an even layer of chocolate, in a continuous flow. The products move on a mesh through a curtain of tempered chocolate, then onto a belt where the coating sets. Biscuits, wafers, bars, cakes and candied fruit come out coated the same way, with no manual work.
The RM-TC series has four sizes. RM-TC08 and RM-TC15 have a 180 × 1000 mm mesh and a 200 × 1000 mm belt. RM-TC30 has a 180 × 1300 mm mesh and a 200 × 2000 mm belt. RM-TC60 has a 300 × 1400 mm mesh and a belt of custom length, 2, 5 or 6 meters. The maximum speed is 2 meters per minute.

The mesh width sets the width of the products placed side by side. The belt length sets the setting time of the coating. For small production, RM-TC08 or RM-TC15. For continuous production, RM-TC30 or RM-TC60, with a long belt. For a real chocolate coating, the chocolate must be tempered, so the line is usually used together with a tempering machine.
