The UZX-HW-190L is a crawler water well drilling rig for depths down to 190 m. The hole starts at 500 mm in soil or 220 mm in rock and ends at 75 mm, using 42, 50 or 60 mm rods at angles of 75–90°.
The tracks take it over rough ground by itself, with no truck or crane. It weighs 3250 kg and measures 3800 × 1950 × 2700 mm. The rotary head has 4 speeds, from 64 to 557 rpm, the winch lifts 2500 kg and the mud pump delivers 145 L/min. An electric motor is available as an option.

The rig drills rotary, with mud circulation. The vertical-spindle rotary head turns the rod string and the bit, the hydraulic feed pushes it into the ground, and the pump sends mud through the rods down to the bit. The mud cools the bit, holds up the hole walls and brings the cuttings to the surface. The hole starts wide and narrows towards the bottom, then the well is fitted with casing and a screen at the aquifer.
On tracks, it reaches the well site by itself, on soft or sloping ground.
It takes little space and works on narrow, hard-to-reach plots.
With 4 speeds and a 145 L/min pump it handles water wells, geothermal holes, site investigation and rock coring.
It can be supplied with an electric motor where mains power is available and noise must stay low.

The first criterion is depth. The UZX-HW-160YY reaches 160 m, the UZX-HW-190L 190 m and the UZX-HW-230YY 230 m. The second is the site: the skid models, at 850 and 950 kg, fit into narrow yards, while the crawler UZX-HW-190L reaches rough ground by itself. For wells in rock or deeper than 230 m, choose the UZX-HQZ pneumatic rigs.
