The UZX-HWL-600R is the largest pile driver in the range, for steel piles up to 6 m. It is used for taller solar structures and on weak soils, where the pile has to go deeper. The 75, 85 or 100 mm hydraulic hammer strikes 350–800 times a minute and the frame rotates 360°.
It weighs 7800 kg, has an 85 kW engine and 22 MPa hydraulics and travels at 3 km/h on 350 mm track shoes. The guide tilts 5° left and right. With the optional drilling head it drills 130–400 mm holes with a DTH hammer or up to 500 mm with an auger, down to 6 m.

The pile driver sets itself on its tracks next to the pile row, rotates the frame to the pile position and tilts the guide until the pile stands vertical. The hydraulic hammer, driven by the machine's pumps, strikes the pile head 350–800 times a minute and drives it into the ground to the design level. On stony soil, the optional drilling head first drills the hole with a DTH hammer or an auger.

The model is chosen by pile length: the UZX-HWL-300R for piles up to 3 m, the UZX-HWL-500R for 5 m and the UZX-HWL-600R for 6 m. The engine, hammer and hydraulics are the same, so only the guide and the weight differ. For guardrail posts on roads, the UZX-HWH-380D and UZX-HWH-930ZQ are the right fit.
