This bakery deck oven, the YCQ series, bakes on gas, directly on the plate of each deck. Electrical consumption is only 0.1–0.4 kW, for the controls, so the oven works in a bakery where electrical power is limited. Gas heating is also the cheapest to run where there is a connection.
The series has 9 configurations, from one deck with 2 trays to 4 decks with 16 trays. Each oven has a digital temperature controller and runs on LPG or natural gas. The flame tubes are high-grade seamless steel, and combustion is a soft-flame type with high thermal efficiency. On request, the oven is fitted with a baking stone and a steam function for bread.

All models take 220 V for the controls.
For crusty bread, the oven can be fitted with a baking stone on the deck and steam injection. The stone holds heat and releases it evenly to the base of the loaf. Steam in the first minutes lets the dough rise before the crust sets, and the bread comes out bigger and glossy. Tell us when ordering if you make artisan bread, so we include the options.
The price depends on the number of decks and trays, the stone and steam options and the type of gas. The Uzinex price includes delivery, assembly, commissioning, training and the 60-month warranty.
The gas connection and the flue gas exhaust are made by an ANRE-authorised gas fitter. The oven needs space in front for loading trays and ventilation above. The Uzinex team carries out assembly and commissioning.
