This industrial dough mixer, the RMJ series, kneads 75 to 150 kg of dough per batch and then tilts the bowl by itself, so the dough drops straight onto the work table or into the divider hopper. Nobody has to lift dozens of kilograms of dough out of the bowl by hand. It is controlled from a microprocessor panel.
The series has 6 models. RMJ-75F, RMJ-100F, RMJ-125F and RMJ-150F have an arm speed adjustable between 106 and 225 rpm and a bowl speed of 14 to 17 rpm, depending on the model. RMJ-125 and RMJ-150 are the more compact versions, for 125 and 150 kg. All run on 380 V.

With 100 kilograms of dough, emptying the bowl by hand takes time and wears people out, and the dough sits and warms up. With automatic tilting, the bowl lifts and tips, and the dough reaches the table or the divider in a single step. The mixer is ready for the next batch within a few minutes.
The mixer weighs between 830 and 1400 kg, so the floor must take the weight and the vibration. Next to it there must be room for tilting and for the table or divider the dough drops into. The supply is three-phase, from a dedicated circuit. The Uzinex team carries out assembly and commissioning.
