A dough divider rounder does two operations in a single cycle: it divides the dough into equal pieces and rounds them into smooth balls, ready to proof. In a pastry shop that makes hundreds of buns a day, rounding by hand is the slowest step. With the machine, it takes a few seconds for the whole plate.
The RMG series has five dividing plates: 10 pieces of 200–300 g, 16 pieces of 100–200 g, 26 pieces of 50–140 g, 30 pieces of 30–100 g and 36 pieces of 20–70 g. Each exists as semi-automatic (S), at 0.75 kW, and fully automatic (A), at 1.5 kW. All run on 220 or 380 V.
The machine has an easy-to-use start button, hygienic stainless steel contact surfaces and adjustable knife depth.

By product weight. For 80–100 g burger buns, the 30 or 26 piece plate. For 150–200 g rolls, the 16 piece plate. For small 250–300 g loaves, the 10 piece plate. For mini buns and cocktail products, the 36 piece plate. If you make several products, choose the plate for your best seller.
The semi-automatic needs a few moves from the operator per cycle. The automatic divides and rounds from a single start. For continuous production, the automatic saves time and staff. For a few batches a day, the semi-automatic is enough.
