This pizza dough press rolls out the base by passing the dough ball between rollers. Thickness is adjustable, and the base comes out round, with the same thickness throughout, in two simple steps. The manufacturer states up to 250 bases per hour.
The machine is made of quality stainless steel, with food-grade rubber rollers. It takes dough balls from 50 to 500 g. The series has 4 models: RMPR1 and RMPR3 for 10–30 cm bases, RMPR2 and RMPR4 for 10–40 cm bases. All run on 220 V.

Stretching by hand looks good, but it depends on the person. At peak hours, or when the experienced pizzaiolo is off, bases come out uneven: some thick, others torn. With the press, any employee rolls the base to the set thickness in a few seconds, and the cost per portion stays the same. The press is also used for flatbreads, tortillas and tart bases.
Choose by the maximum pizza diameter on the menu. If you make pizzas up to 30 cm, RMPR1 or RMPR3 is enough. For 40 cm family pizzas, choose RMPR2 or RMPR4. RMPR3 and RMPR4 are lower and more compact, for countertop use.
