This removable-bowl mixer, the AS-F series, has the bowl on wheels. After kneading, the bowl is taken out and wheeled to the divider or the work table, and another bowl with the next batch goes straight into the mixer. The mixer does not stand idle while the dough is emptied.
The arm and the bowl rotate at the same time, the mixing speed is higher and the dough more uniform. The arm has two speeds, 130 and 260 rpm. The drive combines belt and chain, with a metal-rubber composite toothed belt that does not slip, and the motor is powerful and quiet.
The series has 5 sizes, from the 130 L bowl, for 50 kg of flour, to the 380 L bowl, for 150 kg of flour. All run on 380 V, 50 Hz.

When you run many batches per shift. With a fixed bowl, the mixer stands idle while the dough is taken out. With two or three removable bowls, one bowl is kneaded, another is emptied at the divider, and the third is loaded with ingredients. Output rises without a second mixer.
The mixer weighs between 880 and 1600 kg. The floor must be level, so the bowl wheels roll in easily, and must take the weight. The supply is three-phase, from a dedicated circuit. Assembly and commissioning are carried out by the Uzinex team.
