A conveyor pizza oven bakes continuously: the pizza goes onto the belt at one end and comes out baked at the other. Belt speed and temperature are set once, and every pizza comes out the same, whoever puts it on the belt. The GFEP / GFGP series uses hot air, blown from above and below.
The oven does not need a pizzaiolo experienced at the oven. Turning the pizza, watching the time and taking it out at the right moment happen by themselves. That is why conveyor ovens are the standard in pizza chains and in venues with deliveries.
The series has three widths, for 12, 18 and 32 inch pizzas, each electric or gas. The electric models have 8, 9.5 and 19 kW, at 380 V. The gas models draw 0.1 kW from the grid, at 220 V.

Pizzerias with deliveries, pizza chains, canteens and hotel restaurants that make pizza on the belt at the buffet. The conveyor oven also bakes hot sandwiches, focaccia, wings, nachos and frozen pastry products. The large 32 inch models are used for high volumes or for several pizzas placed side by side on the belt.
Electric, the oven installs anywhere you have a three-phase supply. On gas, electricity consumption is minimal and the running cost is usually lower. The choice depends mainly on the supply you have in the kitchen and the approved electrical power.
