The EH-897A / EH-797A commercial electric range has 6 square plates of 4 kW each, mounted on a stainless steel body. It is the solution for kitchens with no gas connection or where gas is not allowed: spaces in office buildings, shopping centres, hospitals, schools, container kitchens.
The series has two versions. EH-897A measures 1200 × 900 × 920 mm and has an electric oven below, adding 4.8 kW to the plates for a total of 28.8 kW. EH-797A measures 1050 × 700 × 920 mm, has a cabinet below instead of an oven and a total output of 24 kW.
The square plates hold large pots steady and are easy to clean: there are no burners, pan supports or nozzles. The plates stay hot for a while after switching off, which helps keep sauces at temperature.

At 24–28.8 kW, the range runs on a 380 V three-phase supply, with a dedicated circuit and breakers sized for its power. Before ordering, check the approved power at the site: if the kitchen also has an oven, a dishwasher and refrigerators on the same supply, the total can exceed what the contract with the energy supplier allows. We give you the exact power of every unit in the order, so the electrician can size the distribution board.
On gas, water boils faster and the flame adjusts instantly. On electric, you need no gas connection, no permit for the gas installation and no adjusted nozzles, and the kitchen stays cooler and cleaner. If the site has no gas or the building rules do not allow it, the electric range is the only option.
