Model EG-886 / EG-786 is an electric fry top: a frying plate on a stainless steel cabinet, with two thirds of the surface smooth and one third ribbed. It runs without gas, so it fits any kitchen with a three-phase supply, including buildings where gas is not allowed.
EG-886 measures 800 × 900 × 920 mm and has 12 kW. EG-786 measures 700 × 700 × 920 mm and has 9 kW. The 920 mm height is that of the modular series, so the fry top lines up with the range, fryer and bain-marie from the same family.
Electric heating keeps the plate temperature very steady, which helps with delicate dishes: eggs, fish, pancakes. On the ribbed third, meat comes out with grill marks.

No gas connection, no permit for a gas installation and no open flame. The kitchen stays cooler, and the unit can be moved if you reorganise the cooking line. The electric fry top is the natural choice in food courts, in kitchens in office buildings and in venues that run on electricity only.
At 9–12 kW, the fry top is powered three-phase, from a dedicated circuit. Check the power available at the site before ordering. We give you the power of every unit in the quote, so the electrician can size the distribution board.
